I love getting comments on my blog, but when I get so many I can’t comment back (with more than just “Hi there!”) on the same day, I can’t help but think of the quote above.
See, I was trying really hard to be a good fellow blogger and reciprocate on all the comments that I got on my last post, but I had to throw in the towel at comment 40 or so. I am so sorry to those whom I neglected, but I really needed to put in some novel-writing time. Not to mention get some sleep.
(Don, if you are reading this, Twilight IS a hot topic, and so is Christmas, apparently! And SITS is an amazing community of commenters.)

Speaking of novel-writing, I am now up to 61,630 words on my historical novel “Girl From Gurian”. My Faux NaNo effort last month racked me 34,579 new words. Woo-hoo!
But the best thing about it is, I have fallen in love again with my story! And I want to see how it ends.
The downside is, after the intense crazy output of November, December feels Abso-toot-ly Lazy.
